Segovia Condo Gets Paint
Condos are becoming ready in buildings A & B and many owners are painting the insides. The following pictures are of a 3 bedroom in building B with a two tone look. This owner even painted the ceilings which enhanced the molding and trim. Truly beautiful.

Sunrise Over Ocotal 2/9/09
A few of us crazy people actually got up at 4:30am yesterday to watch the MOON set over the ocean. We hiked to the top of a mountain in Ocotal and it was absolutely beautiful. At one point we turned around and there was an amazing sunrise starting on the other side.... This is a picture of that sunrise- enjoy!

Building A
Building A in final stage and soon to be ready for release to owners. If you look at the rock wall to right of building, that is an outdoor shower for washing off sand/chlorine before entering your amazing condo suite.
