Women in Tournament
And here they are.... the women athletes that played in the tournament. It is a great group!
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are complete and full! With the tennis tournament and the club members these courts have players on them in the mornings and evenings. It's fun to have the action on the courts!
Condo View
This photo was taken from the kitchen of a condo in building B. It was a beautiful morning.
Green View
This picture was taken on a clear day at Coco Bay from the terrace of a villa currently being built. This particular view is off to the right of the terrace, if you were to look left you can also see the sunset views of Ocotal. The dry season has begun and the skies are so blue.
What is not easy to see is that the air is a gentle 85 degrees with a light wind. It's beautiful!

Tropical Pool
Here's a look at the first round of cement poured for the tropical pool. We're getting ready to lay the beadcrete which will give it a beautiful blue hue. Look for more photos of the pool coming soon.

Club Pool Begins
Digging has begun for the club pool here at Coco Bay. Here's a shot of the first shaping. It's going to be large and beautiful. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

Another Tennis Court View
The flowers aren't the only things blooming around the tennis courts. There are men & women's clinics, fierce doubles and hot singles matches. Make sure to bring your raquet the next time you come. Green Season Arrives
Hello Everyone-
The green season has finally arrived with an occasional rain in the evenings. The rain has provided enough water so that the Malinche Trees are blooming. They are everywhere and the orange blossoms contrasted against the green hills and blue skies are truly beautiful. Enjoy the pictures and more to come soon.

Segovia Condo Gets Paint
Condos are becoming ready in buildings A & B and many owners are painting the insides. The following pictures are of a 3 bedroom in building B with a two tone look. This owner even painted the ceilings which enhanced the molding and trim. Truly beautiful.

Sunrise Over Ocotal 2/9/09
A few of us crazy people actually got up at 4:30am yesterday to watch the MOON set over the ocean. We hiked to the top of a mountain in Ocotal and it was absolutely beautiful. At one point we turned around and there was an amazing sunrise starting on the other side.... This is a picture of that sunrise- enjoy!

Building A
Building A in final stage and soon to be ready for release to owners. If you look at the rock wall to right of building, that is an outdoor shower for washing off sand/chlorine before entering your amazing condo suite.
Balcony View
This is a view from the balcony of a 2 bedroom in building A- notice the beautiful sail ship that is parked in Coco Bay. It comes in every Monday evening and leaves Tuesday evening. The sun shining on the sails is a grand site.
