Waterfall Fun!

The gang at Coco Bay along with our children saddled up our ATV's and headed out to the local waterfall for some fun. Enjoy the pictures. This waterfall is only a 20 minute ride from Coco Bay and you get to cross 22 rivers. Great fun!

Terrace takes shape

Condos are Going Vertical!

Progress continues with the condominium site. The first two floors of Building A are built, and we are going vertical on B and C with foundations in place and rebar going skyward. It’s exciting to walk the floor plan and take in the spectacular views from the kitchen through the living area and out the balcony.
